About Me: My recruitment journey officially began in 2016 when I joined a quickly growing start up Salesforce practice as their Director of HR.  As a business leader with a passion for people, I fell in love with recruiting. I have experience recruiting for start ups, mid market and enterprise companies, helping fill a broad range of roles including executive recruiting.  My consultative approach to understanding both the company’s and candidate’s needs and my authentic joy in making the perfect match for all is the secret to my success.
